SUV, Executive Van or Coach: Choosing Your Phoenix Ride

Choosing transportation for a Phoenix airport transfer, Scottsdale resort stay or group event starts with two questions: how many people are traveling, and what are they bringing? At Black Crown Mobility, our published passenger limits are up to 5 for an Executive SUV, 12 for an Executive Van and 56 for a motor coach. Confirm availability and the arrangements for your date before booking.

Executive SUV: small parties and private transfers

Our Executive SUV class is a Cadillac Escalade ESV or equivalent. It is an option for individual travelers, couples and parties of up to five who want to travel together. For an airport ride, count checked bags and carry-ons separately. Tell us about golf bags, strollers and requested child seats so we can confirm a suitable arrangement rather than relying on passenger count alone.

Executive Van: traveling together as a group

For a group larger than five, an Executive Van may be a better starting point than an SUV. The van photo supplied by our team shows the exterior and a passenger cabin with individual seats, an aisle and overhead lighting. Vehicle layouts can vary, so confirm the configuration for your reservation instead of assuming every van has the same interior or amenities.

A group of eight traveling to a Scottsdale resort, for example, fits within our Executive Van passenger limit. That does not by itself establish luggage fit: send the number and size of suitcases and any oversized items with the request.

Motor coach: larger events and group itineraries

Motor coach service accommodates up to 56 passengers. For an event group of thirty, share the schedule, starting point, destinations and luggage requirements so the team can confirm suitable transportation. Include any accessibility requirements before booking.

Passenger capacity and luggage space are different

A seat count is not a guarantee that every combination of passengers and bags will fit. Our cover photo shows the van cabin; it does not demonstrate a measured luggage load. For a reliable recommendation, list checked suitcases, carry-ons, golf bags, strollers and other large items separately.

Choose the service around your itinerary

For a single journey, provide the starting point and destination. For several meetings or stops, ask about hourly chauffeur service and send the full schedule. For Phoenix Sky Harbor or Scottsdale Airport transportation, include the airport and flight details from your itinerary.
