SUVs can accommodate up to 5 standard-size pieces of luggage, Sprinter vans up to 10, and motor coaches up to 36. By card, taken securely through Stripe when you book. We never see or store your full card number — Stripe holds it. You can save a card for next time, or use a different one for each booking. You'll be asked which you'd like when you confirm.
We reserve the fare on your card when you book, and take payment once the trip is complete. If the trip changes along the way — an added stop, extra waiting time — the final amount reflects that, and you'll see the breakdown on your receipt.
Yes, and every cent goes to the driver. After your trip you'll see the option to add a tip on the ride screen. Tipping is entirely optional — no gratuity is added to your fare automatically.
Yes — emailed automatically when the trip completes, with the full fare breakdown. You can also see every past trip and its cost in the app.
Cancel 2 or more hours before your pickup time and there's no charge. Inside 2 hours, a 50% charge applies. Once your driver is on the way it's 10%; once they've arrived, 50%. If nobody appears at all, the full fare is charged. These are our standard terms — if something has gone wrong, contact us and we'll look at it properly.
Your chauffeur waits 15 minutes after arriving at the pickup point. We'll message and call you during that window. Airport pickups are treated with more flexibility, since arrivals rarely run to the minute.
Contact us as early as you can and we'll do our best to move it. Changes made well before the pickup time are usually straightforward. A change made at short notice may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking — see the cancellation policy.
